Abla N. (Nweisser) Daniel

Abla N. (Nweisser) Daniel, 77, of Hopedale, died Monday, October 22, 2012 in the Milford Regional Medical Center, Milford. She was the wife of the late Nabih A. Daniel. Affectionately known as Teta, she grew up in Lebanon, where she was active in her church and later moved to the U.S. in 1983. She was a resident of Hopedale since 2002 and previously lived in Milford and Westerly, RI. Tetas greatest passion was cooking. She enjoyed knitting, hand work and crafts. She also loved time spent with her grandchildren. Mrs. Daniel is survived by her children, Amal and her husband Andre Hawa and Grace Nakhleh- Daniel, all of Vancouver, B.C., Canada, Emile and his wife Oriane Daniel of West Virginia, and Rima N. and her husband Guy Crepeau of Hopedale; a brother Michael Victor of RI; 9 grandchildren, Lucy, Kim, Kelly, Nano, Michael, Elizabeth, Danielle, Gerry and Matthew; 5 great-grandchildren, Jack, Vera, Mia, Jovi and Toby and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister Mary Nweisser. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 10 AM in Sacred Heart Church, 187 Hopedale St., Hopedale. Burial will follow in Hopedale Village Cemetery, Rte. 16, Hopedale. There are no public visiting hours.
